HUAWEI Developers Service Updates During the Chinese National Day Holiday in 2023

Dear developers,

Thank you for your long-standing support for HUAWEI Developers. The Chinese National Day holiday (September 29 - October 6, 2023) is quickly approaching and we at HUAWEI Developers would like to send you our warmest regards. During this holiday, we will roll out some updates that may affect some HUAWEI Developers services, as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Note: All times listed below are in UTC+8.

 

1. Review for Identity Verification

Between September 29 and October 6, reviews for identity verification will be carried out as usual.

 

2. Review for Merchant Verification

Between September 29 and October 6, reviews for merchant verification will be carried out as usual.

 

3. Customer Service

Between September 29 and October 6, customer service will be carried out as usual.

 

4. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)

Between September 29 and October 6, reviews for apps (including games) will be carried out as usual.

 

5. Themes

Between September 29 and October 6, reviews for theme release and designer identity verification will be suspended.

 

6.  Petal Ads

(1) Brand material pre-review

Between September 29 and October 6, if material pre-review is required for brand promotion, submit the materials for pre-review before September 26.

(2) Ad review

Between September 29 and October 6, ads will be reviewed from 10:00 to 18:00 every day.

(3) Registration review

Registration applications submitted on or after September 28 will be processed from October 7.

 

7. Paid Promotion

(1) Promotion

The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as usual between September 29 and October 6. To ensure normal app promotion during the holiday when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance and set your daily budget to at least twice the usual value.

(2) Top-up

Offline top-up applications with funds that arrive at or before 18:00 September 28 will be reviewed as usual, but those that arrive after will be reviewed from October 7. (For offline top-ups, it may take 1 to 2 working days for the funds to reach your accounts.)

(3) Promotion review

Between September 29 and October 6, promotion assessment reviews will be carried out as usual, but the processing time may be one or two working days longer.

Between September 29 and October 6, promotion asset reviews will be suspended. If you wish to have your promotion assets delivered during the holiday, submit them before 18:00 on September 28 for processing, to ensure they will be ready by September 28.

 

8. Joint Operations

(1) Business connection

Between September 29 and October 6, business connection will be carried out as usual.

(2) Reconciliation and settlement

Between September 29 and October 6, reconciliation and settlement will be suspended.

(3) Refund

Between September 29 and October 6, refunds will be carried out as usual.
