  • 当response.getCode()为非0/非200,表示响应数据异常,异常信息和具体描述请分别参见response.getMsg()和错误码
  • 当response.getCode()为0,表示响应消息数据有效,此时响应数据value与查询参数queryParameters对应关系,请参见queryParameters与value映射表
  • 当response.getCode()为200,表示响应的消息数据有效,此时响应数据为FAILURE_EVENT上报。

0表示SCG FAILURE,1表示RACH FAILURE,2表示RADIOLINK FAILURE,3表示HANDOVER FAILURE
