Huawei AppTouch HMS ecosystem program aggregates Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and channel resources of global mobile carriers to provide a carrier + HUAWEI HMS ecosystem joint solution for carriers and offer partners channels with quick access to carriers' global markets, quick rollout of services, and rapid monetization.
