11. Developers' Behavior

As a developer, you play the most important role in the release and operations of your atomic service. If you engage in any violations of the above rules, Huawei reserves the right to remove, delete, and disconnect related services, terminate your agreement with Huawei, and/or freeze or delete your developer account. You will be responsible for all legal liabilities and losses incurred by Huawei, including but not limited to losses from compensating right holders or users and other reasonable expenses. If your atomic service involves illegal content, such as harming minors or committing fraud, in addition to taking the aforementioned actions, we will report the matter to relevant authorities.

11.1 All information provided to Huawei must be truthful, accurate, and complete, including but not limited to company name, legal representative, company contact number, and email address. Update the information promptly if there are any changes.

11.2 Your atomic service must contain valid contact information, including but not limited to online customer service, phone numbers, and emails, allowing users to easily reach out for inquiries or support. In addition, you should respond to and handle the inquiries and feedback promptly.

11.3 Non-governmental institutions are not allowed to submit atomic services related to government affairs, including but not limited to reporting suspected criminal activities or publishing public health events, unless fully authorized by a government agency.

11.4 Atomic services that involve banking, financial, or healthcare services, or those that require sensitive information from users, must be submitted by legal entities providing the corresponding services, not by individual developers.

11.5 The atomic service that you release on AppGallery must be the latest version and can run properly.

11.6 If your atomic service is discontinued or its functionality is reduced, it may be removed. You must inform users and guardians of minors of the atomic service termination, cease collecting personal information, and stop processing any existing personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
