Solution
When configuring the business domain name, place the downloaded configuration file in the root directory of the domain name. The configuration file is named in the format of APPID.txt. For example, if the app ID of your atomic service is Example, the name of the downloaded configuration file is Example.txt. In addition, ensure that the configuration file is accessible.
