Dear developers,

Thank you for your concern and support for HUAWEI Developer. 

The exchange rate used in the past to issue settlements comes from Bloomberg, which released at 10 a.m. in Beijing on the last working day of the month. From January 1, 2019, the exchange rate will be taken from Reuters and local financial institutions at 10 a.m. in Beijing time. Please note that settlement issued in December is not affected. 

Normally, there is a little bit difference between the two exchange rates.
