Thank you for your long-standing support for HUAWEI Developer. The 2019 National Day holiday in China (October 1st – 7th) is approaching, and the holiday schedule for HUAWEI Developer services is as detailed below. We thank you for your patience and understanding, if the schedule inconveniences you or your business in any way.
Note: The times listed below are all for the UTC+8 time zone.
1. Identity Verification and Merchant Verification Review
During the holiday period, the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation will be on holiday. a) If you are a company developer and have chosen the DUNS number verification method, please submit your verification application before September 30th at 12:00, so as to ensure that the review for your verification application will be completed on September 30th. Otherwise, your verification application will be reviewed starting from October 8th. If you are a company developer and have chosen the business license verification method, or if you are an individual developer, your identity verification will not be affected by the holiday. b) Furthermore, merchant verification reviews will not be affected by the holiday.
2. Release, Removal, and Update of Apps (Including Games)
Apps (including games) will be released according to the order of their submission. Reviews for app release, removal, and updates will not be affected by the holiday.
(1) Theme Release Review
Themes that are uploaded before September 23rd, will be reviewed before September 30th, whereas themes that are uploaded from October 1st to October 7th will be reviewed starting from October 8th. The review process can be expected to complete by October 15th. Themes that are uploaded later than October 8th will not be affected by the holiday.
(2) Designer Review (Paid Theme Uploading Permission/Whitelist Activation)
Permission applications for paid theme uploading (whitelist activation) submitted on or before September 28th will be reviewed before September 29th, while applications submitted from September 29th to October 7th will be reviewed in the order that they are received, starting from October 8th. The review process can be expected to complete by October 11th. Permission applications submitted after the holiday will not be affected.
4. Paid Promotion
The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal over the holiday period. To ensure normal app promotion, please top up your promotion services account ahead of time (it is recommended that you top up your account with sufficient funds to last through October 10th).
Please top up your account for the holiday period before September 25th at 18:00. Top-up submissions completed before this date will be approved by September 30th, while submissions received after this date will be approved starting from October 8th. (Notice: Transfers made to Huawei from your company, typically take one to two working days to arrive in Huawei's account. Online top-up, however, does not involve such a delay.)
(2) Paid Promotion
Please submit your paid promotion review application for the holiday period before September 29th at 18:00. Applications submitted before this date will be reviewed by September 30th, while applications received after this date will begin their review process on October 8th.
5. Joint Operation
(1) Business Connection
During the period from October 1st to October 7th, business connection services will be available as usual.
(2) Reconciliation and Settlement
The reconciliation and settlement services will be temporarily paused from October 1st to October 7th, and resume on October 8th.
During the period from October 1st to October 7th, refund services will be available as usual.
