Announcement About Changes to HUAWEI Developer Services During the 2020 Spring Festival

Dear developers,

Thank you for your long-standing presence and support for HUAWEI Developer. The 2020 Chinese Spring Festival (January 24 – January 30) is approaching and HUAWEI Developer sends you best wishes for the holiday. The holiday schedule for HUAWEI Developer services is detailed below. We thank you for your patience and understanding for the inconvenience caused to you or your business in any way.

 

Note: The time listed below is UTC+8.

 

1. Reviews for Identity and Merchant Authentication

Identity verification:

  • DUNS number : suspended during Jan 24 – Jan 30.
  • Business registry license : feel free to submit your Identity verification.

Merchant authentication : feel free to submit your review applications.

 

2. Customer Services

Between January 24 and January 30, customer services will not be affected, and you can consult services and ask for help to solve any problems as normal.

 

3. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)

Apps (including games) will be reviewed based on the submission order. Reviews for app release, removal, and updates will be suspended between January 24 and January 30.

 

4. Themes

Theme release review:

Themes that are uploaded before January 16 will be reviewed before January 23, while themes that are uploaded between January 24 and January 30 will be reviewed starting from January 31. The review process is expected to be completed by February 7. Themes uploaded on January 31 or later will not be affected by the holiday.

 

5. Paid Promotion

(1) Promotion:

The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal between January 24 and January 30. To ensure normal app promotion, please top up your promotion service account in advance (it is recommended that you top up your account with sufficient funds for it to last until February 4).

(2) Top-up:

You can top up your accounts as normal during the holiday. In China, if you want to top up your accounts offline for promotion between January 23 and January 30, please submit your applications before 18:00 on January 22. Top-up applications submitted before this time will be reviewed by January 22, while those submitted after January 22 will be reviewed starting from January 31. (Note: For offline top-ups, it takes one to two working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts. There is no delay for online top-ups.)

(3) Promotion review:

Promotion review applications and promotion asset reviews will be suspended between January 23 and January 30. If you wish to have your paid promotion review applications reviewed by January 22, submit them before 18:00 on January 21. Applications submitted after 18:00 on January 21 will be reviewed on January 31 or later.

 

6. Joint Operations

(1) Business connection:

Between January 24 and January 30, business connection services will be available as normal.

(2) Reconciliation and settlement:

Reconciliation and settlement services will be suspended between January 24 and January 30, and will resume on January 31.

(3) Refund:

Refund services will be suspended between January 24 and January 30, and will resume on January 31.
