Announcement about HUAWEI Developer Partner Paid Services
Due to organizational changes within the HUAWEI group, further to the transfers in 2019 of most services provided in and for certain countries and regions on and via the HUAWEI Developer website (https://developer.huawei.com/consumer/en, hereinafter refer to as “Website”) from Aspiegel Limited to HUAWEI Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (an affiliate of Aspiegel Limited, incorporated and based in Hong Kong, China), the Partner Paid Services (including Huawei AppGallery Paid Promotion Services and Huawei Ads Services) in certain countries regions (please click here to check Part 3 of the “List of Countries/Regions”) will also be transferred from Aspiegel Limited to HUAWEI Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited as of Mar 30, 2020.
1. What is this change and how does it impact your rights under the service agreements you have?
Starting from Mar 30, 2020, HUAWEI Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited will provide the Partner Paid Services on and via this Website in abovementioned countries/regions. Therefore, HUAWEI Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited will become your contracting party of agreements in relation to such services and take over from Aspiegel Limited all legal responsibilities and obligations in relation to such services in abovementioned countries/regions.
This change will NOT affect the way you use the Partner Paid Services. In general, your rights and obligations are unaffected by this change.
2. Does this change require any action from you?
No, you don’t have to take any action at the moment. You can continue to use the Partner Paid Services on and via this Website just as before and follow the instructions when you log on this Website.
However, if you want to opt out of this change, you will need to stop using the Partner Paid Services provided on and via this Website before Mar 30, 2020.
