The 2020 International Workers' Day holiday (May 1 – May 5) is approaching and we at HUAWEI Developers would like to send you our warmest regards in advance. Due to the holiday, some HUAWEI Developers services will be affected as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
1. Reviews for Identity and Merchant Verification
Individual developer: Feel free to submit your review applications.
DUNS number: suspended during May 1-May 3. From May 4 onwards, application reviews will recommence and be conducted based on the submission order.
Business registry license: feel free to submit your review applications.
Individual developers: feel free to submit your review applications.
Enterprise developers: suspended during May 1-May 3. From May 4 onwards, application reviews will recommence and be conducted based on the submission order.
2. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)
Between May 1 and May 5, reviews for apps (including games) will not be affected.
Theme reviews will be suspended between May 1 and May 5. From May 6 onwards, theme reviews will recommence and be conducted based on their release order.
4. Paid Promotion
The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal between May 1 and May 5. To ensure normal app promotion during the holiday when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance with sufficient funds to last until May 6 and set your daily budget to at least twice the normal value.
You can top up your accounts online as normal during the holiday, and the funds will immediately arrive in your accounts. For offline top-ups, it may take one to two working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts. Offline top-up applications where the funds arrive before 18:00 on April 30 will be reviewed by April 30, and applications where the funds arrive after 18:00 on April 30 will be reviewed on May 6 or later.
c. Promotion review:
Promotion assessment reviews will not be affected during the holiday. Feel free to submit your review applications. Promotion asset reviews will be suspended during the holiday. If you wish to have your asset review applications reviewed by April 30, please submit them before 18:00 on April 29.
5. Joint Operations
a. Business connection:
Business connection services will be suspended between May 1 and May 5.
b. Reconciliation and settlement:
Reconciliation and settlement services will be suspended between May 1 and May 5.
Refund services will be suspended between May 1 and May 5.
