Notice - HUAWEI Developer

The HUAWEI Developer Service Agreement and the HUAWEI AppGallery Connect Service Agreement have been updated. One or more of such agreements apply to one or more products and services (collectively, “Huawei Services”) you are using which are provided by Huawei to developers. The reasons of such updates are to reflect some changes of relevant Huawei Services, better introduce our terms and keep them transparent to you, so that we can better help you understand and use such Huawei Services.

If you have not signed any of above agreements, those agreements and the updates to them will not apply to you.

Updates to said agreements shall take effect on Jun 30, 2020, except those of which Huawei may have informed you separately in prior and thus will take effect earlier as preannounced. Your continued use of relevant Huawei Services after Jun 30, 2020 shall be deemed as your acceptance of said updated agreements. Or, you can go and log in on the Website, enter Console board, click “HUAWEI AppGallery” card, read the updated agreements and click corresponding “I Agree” buttons therein to accept them, then such updated agreements shall take effect immediately upon your consent by clicking corresponding “I Agreement” buttons (“Date of Acceptance”). The effective date of any of the updated agreements will be Jun 30, 2020 or corresponding Date of Acceptance, whichever is earlier.

Further, we are also going to update certain service-specific agreements to improve your experience with those agreements and services. You will be notified when you log in on the Website and use relevant Huawei Services after those updates are released.

We sincerely hope that you enjoy and trust Huawei Services and that you want to keep using them. However, if you do not agree with such updates, you can stop using relevant Huawei Services before corresponding updates take effect.
