Due to the public holidays, some HUAWEI Developers services will be affected as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Note: All times listed below are UTC+8.
1. Reviews for Identity and Merchant Verification
Between October 1 and October 8, reviews for identity and merchant verification will not be affected.
2.Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)
Between October 1 and October 8, reviews for apps (including games) will not be affected.
Between October 1 and October 8, the release of UGC themes will be reviewed as normal, but the release of PGC themes will be suspended.
4. HUAWEI Ads
Between October 1 and October 8, HUAWEI Ads services will not be affected.
5. Paid Promotion
The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal between October 1 and October 8. To ensure normal app promotion during the holidays when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance with sufficient funds to last until October 10 and set your daily budget to at least twice the normal value.
You can top up your accounts online and offline as normal during the holidays. For offline top-ups, you need to create a new top-up transaction and upload proof of payment in My account, and it may take one to two working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts.
(3) Promotion review:
Between October 1 and October 8, promotion assessment reviews will not be affected, but promotion asset reviews will be suspended. If you wish to have your promotion assets reviewed by September 30, submit them before 18:00 on September 29.
6. Joint Operations
Between October 1 and October 8, the business connection will be available as normal, but the reconciliation and settlement, and refund services will be suspended and will resume on October 9.
