Due to this holiday, some HUAWEI Developers services will be affected as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Note: All time listed below are UTC+8.
1. Reviews for Identity and Merchant Verification
Between May 1 and May 2, reviews for identity and merchant verification will be suspended, and will resume on May 3.
2. Customer Service
Between May 1 and May 5, customer service will not be affected.
3. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)
Between May 1 and May 5, reviews for apps (including games) will not be affected.
Between May 1 and May 5, reviews for theme release will be suspended.
5. Paid Promotion
The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal between May 1 and May 5. To ensure normal app promotion during the holiday period when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance with sufficient funds to last until May 10 and set your daily budget to at least twice the normal value.
You can top up your accounts online as normal during the holiday period, and the funds will immediately arrive in your accounts. For offline top-ups, please top up 2 days in advance because it may take 1 to 2 working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts. Offline top-up applications where the funds arrive before 18:00 on April 30 will be reviewed by April 30, and applications where the funds arrive after 18:00 on April 30 will be reviewed on May 6 or later.
(3) Promotion reviews:
Promotion assessment reviews will not be affected during the holiday period. Feel free to submit your review applications. Promotion asset reviews will be suspended during the holiday period. If you wish to have your asset review applications reviewed by April 30, submit them before 18:00 on April 29.
6. Joint Operations
(1) Business connection:
Between May 1 and May 5, business connection services will be available as normal.
(2) Reconciliation and settlement:
Reconciliation and settlement services will be suspended between May 1 and May 5, and will resume on May 6.
Refunds will be suspended between May 1 and May 5, and will resume on May 6.
