Announcement About Changes to HUAWEI Developers Services During the 2021 Mid-Autumn Festival and Chinese National Day Holiday Periods

Dear developers,

Thank you for your continued participation and support for HUAWEI Developers. The 2021 Mid-Autumn Festival (September 19 – September 21) and Chinese National Day (October 1 – October 7) holiday periods are approaching and we at HUAWEI Developers would like to send you our warmest regards in advance. Due to the holidays, some HUAWEI Developers services will be affected as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Note: All times listed below are UTC+8.

1. Review for Identity Verification

From September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7, reviews for identity verification will not be affected.

2. Review for Merchant Verification

From September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7, reviews for merchant verification will not be affected.

3. Customer Service

From September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7, customer service will not be affected.

4. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)

From September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7, reviews for apps (including games) will not be affected.

5. Themes

From September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7, reviews for theme release and designer registration & certification will be suspended.

6. Paid Promotion

(1) Promotion:

The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal from September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7. To ensure normal app promotion during the holiday periods when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance with sufficient funds and set your daily budget to at least twice the normal value.

(2) Top-up:

From September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7, you can top up your accounts online as normal, and the funds will immediately arrive in your accounts. For offline top-ups, please top up 2 days in advance because it may take 1 to 2 working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts.

   ● Offline top-up applications where the funds arrive before 18:00 on September 18 will be reviewed as normal, and applications where the funds arrive after 18:00 on September 18 will be reviewed on September 22 or later.

   ● Offline top-up applications where the funds arrive before 18:00 on September 30 will be reviewed as normal, and applications where the funds arrive after 18:00 on September 30 will be reviewed on October 8 or later.

(3) Promotion reviews:

Promotion assessment reviews will not be affected during the holiday periods. Feel free to submit your review applications.

Promotion asset reviews will be suspended during the holiday periods.

   ● If you wish to have your asset review applications reviewed by September 18, submit them before 18:00 on September 17.

   ● If you wish to have your asset review applications reviewed by September 30, submit them before 18:00 on September 29. 

7. Joint Operations

(1) Business connection:

From September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7, business connection services will be available as normal.

(2) Reconciliation and settlement:

Reconciliation and settlement services will be suspended from September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7.

(3) Refund:

Refunds will be suspended from September 19 to September 21 and October 1 to October 7.
