华为推送 mate8突然收不到 onToken 事件

我们接入华为推送有大半年了，今天突然有用户反馈收不到推送，调试了一下发现：
1 华为 mate8，客户端无法收到onToken事件
2 另外一台 华为 荣耀7，可以收到 onToken事件
3 仔细观察日志，也没发现什么有价值的信息输出

请问大神如何解答？谢谢，在线等
