(2) For Service Security, Optimization, and Improvement
To ensure stable product running and system network security, settle bills with developers, and improve product operations policies, we will collect information about HMS Core API usage by developers' apps, including the device identifier, app package name, app identifier, error logs, API call time, carrier network type and ID, device type and country, operating system version, API information, and device security status.
When you use our functions or services, we will request required permissions from your device through the developer's app. You can view permission status in the device settings or privacy settings, and enable or disable some or all permissions.
When integrating and using our open capabilities, developers will determine the required permissions by themselves. Therefore, developers should notify you of the requested permissions and purposes for requesting the permissions. If you enable any permission that the developer's app requests, it means that you authorize us to process your personal information in order to enjoy our services. Once you disable any permission, it means that you revoke the authorization and we will not process your personal information anymore based on the permission. In this case, we may not be able to continue offering you the service corresponding to the permission. Note that disabling a permission does not affect the effectiveness of personal information processing performed based on your previous authorization.
To learn about the required permissions and purposes of HMS Core's open capabilities, you can click links in the above table to view the relevant SDK Privacy and Security Statement.

If you are a parent or legal guardian, please ensure that the child under your guardianship uses the developer's app and our services and provides us with information with your consent or under your guidance.
We will not share users' personal information with third parties, unless users' prior consent is obtained or other legal basis is available. If our open capabilities need to share users' personal information with third parties, we will explicitly state this in the relevant SDK Privacy and Security Statement, which you can view by clicking the links in the above table.
We will conduct strict privacy and security due diligence before introducing a partner, and will contractually bind our partners to protect users' personal information with strict measures. To meet new service requirements or accommodate service feature changes, we may change our partners, in which case we will explicitly update developers and users about the changes in the relevant SDK Privacy and Security Statement in a timely manner.

To protect your rights of accessing, copying, modifying, and deleting personal information, we explicitly require developers, in Huawei protocols signed by the developers, to promise providing convenient methods for users to exercise their rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Moreover, our open capabilities provide relevant APIs for developers to call and execute users' requests for accessing, copying, modifying, and deleting personal information. If developers do not follow through with their promises, you can contact us through Contacting Us in this Statement. We will try our best to ensure that you can exercise your personal information subject rights.
If you directly request personal information subject rights from us, to ensure your data security and other legitimate rights, we may verify your identity and ask you to provide the personal information needed to do so.
