stateStringOptionalStatus of the pass. Values: "active", "inactive", "completed", and "expired". "active" is the default value.
effectTimeStringOptionalUTC time when the pass takes effect.
expireTimeStringOptionalUTC time when the pass expires. The pass will automatically expire if the set expiration time is earlier than the current time.

Note: If state is not set, a pass's default sate is active. EffectTime and expireTime should be both set or both not set. ExpireTime must be later than effectTime time. If both state and expireTime are set, the value of state cannot be expired, and the time specified by expireTime must be later than the current time.
