Description
The encryption and decryption service is busy.
Possible Causes
The number of active encryption and decryption tasks is greater than 100.
Duplicate encryption/decryption tasks are performed.
Solution
Wait for a while and try again. Control the number of concurrent tasks to no more than 100 to prevent such errors.
Error Message
Credential task time out.
Description
The encryption or decryption operation on a data loss prevention (DLP) file is not completed within the specified time. As a result, the operation times out and fails.
Possible Causes
It takes more than 10 seconds to encrypt or decrypt a DLP file.
Solution
