Enabling the Service

Enabling the Service for an Android or iOS App

  1. Sign in to AppGallery Connect and click Development and services.
  2. Click your project card, and select your app for which you need to enable the Crash service from the app drop-down list on the top.
  3. Go to Quality > Crash. The Crash page is displayed.
    NOTE

The SDKs for Android and iOS have stopped supporting new apps since June 30, 2024.

    NOTICE

When enabling the service, you can set the parameters as prompted. If it is the first time that you set the default data processing location for your project, the system will automatically synchronize this update to the SDK configuration file. In this case, you need to download the SDK configuration file again and add it to your project.
