Settlement Process

1. Sign in to the HUAWEI Developers console, go to Developer center > My accounts > Credited, and view the Settlements tab.

2. In the Operation column, download and check the Huawei Settlement Bill for Confirmation. If you have any objections regarding the settlement sheet, file a dispute by the due date stipulated in the contract. If no request is received within the specified period, Huawei will deem that you have agreed to the settlement amount. Huawei is entitled to reject any reconciliation request made after the specified period.
3. Confirm the settlement sheet. If you agree to the settlement data, click Confirm to submit the settlement application. After confirming the settlement amount and recipient bank, click Submit. The application cannot be withdrawn after it has been submitted.
4. Perform invoicing and send the required documents. If the accumulated amount in the settlement sheet exceeds CNY1,000 or the accumulated amount to be settled within consecutive 6 months does not reach the minimum settlement amount, perform operations according to the following invoicing information:
   NOTE

   You need to print the Huawei Settlement Bill for Confirmation, sign it, and send it with the invoice having applied payment amounts to Huawei by email or mail.

   1. Invoicing: The invoice format is subject to the requirements of the local tax department. However, an invoice must contain the following information to meet China's tax and foreign exchange management requirements.
   NOTE

   Items marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

   * Bill To	Huawei Software Technologies Co., Ltd. No. 101, Software Avenue, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, China
   * Name	Full company or personal name.
   * Bank Name	Your bank name, which must match the one registered in HUAWEI Developers.
   * Bank Account	Your bank account, which must match the one registered in HUAWEI Developers.
   * Expense Description	XXX revenue sharing (XXX indicates the service type, such as 201902 Theme and 201901 Game). Different contracts, as well as different types of services, currencies, signing entities, and prepayment credit terms cannot be combined for invoicing. For example, invoices for games cannot be combined with invoices for themes.
   * Expense Period	Settlement period on the settlement sheet displayed in HUAWEI Developers.
   * Amount (incl. Tax)	Invoicing is based on the confirmed amount specified on the settlement sheet. For combined invoicing, add up the settlement amounts on all the selected settlement sheets. Please note that the total settlement amount must be the same as the invoiced amount.
   * Currency	Settlement currency on the settlement sheet displayed in HUAWEI Developers.
   Settlement Sheet No.	Optional. Settlement sheet ID on the settlement sheet displayed in HUAWEI Developers.
   * Signature	Handwritten signature.
   * Date	Date of signature.

   2. Sending an invoice: You can choose either of the following methods:

   Method 1: Emailing an e-invoice

   Method 2: Sending a paper invoice and settlement sheet

   NOTE

   • The email address is a public email address used for receiving invoices only. Do not send or CC any other information rather than invoices to the email address. No reply will be given to you via this public email address.
   • Attach the PDF version of an invoice to the email, and add the content in the preceding table to the body of the email.
   • Ensure that all information in the email is accurate to avoid repeatedly sending the same invoice.
   • Designate an accountant (if known) when sending the invoice via email.
   • To combine multiple settlement sheets for invoicing, select the relevant settlement sheets and click Batch confirm. This allows you to submit all of the selected settlement sheets in a single application. Only settlement sheets that have the same contract, service type, currency, signing entity, and prepayment credit term can be confirmed in the same application.
   • The settlement sheets of Huawei Software Technologies Co., Ltd., Aspiegel SE, and Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited cannot be combined for invoicing because they do not belong to the same contract.
5. Wait for payment. After Huawei approves the payment request materials, the status of the settlement sheet on the settlement page will change to In payment.

   Huawei will make the payment within 30 calendar days after receiving qualified and valid payment request materials. The payment date may be postponed in the case of holidays. After Huawei has completed the payment, the status of the settlement sheet will change to Paid.

Scenario 2: You are not required to issue an invoice if your products are distributed in countries or regions outside the Chinese mainland and you have signed an online agreement with Huawei. According to Exhibit C of the HUAWEI Developer Merchant Service Agreement, Huawei will perform self-billing.
