10004 System Internal Error
Message
Internal error.
Description
Internal system error.
Possible causes
Internal system error.
Solution
Ensure that the network connection is normal. If the problem persists and the error is reported for the service updates authorization code button, also ensure that you have initiated an application for the corresponding service scenario.
10008 Caller Not an Atomic Service
Message
Not atomic service.
Description
The caller is not an atomic service.
Possible causes
The caller of the API is not an atomic service.
Solution
Ensure that the API caller is an atomic service. For details, please refer to Creating an Atomic Service Project.
1007601001 Invalid Sharing Parameter Value
Message
Invalid share parameter value. Possible causes: 1. The uniformDataType parameter verification failed; 2. Invalid content parameter format.
Description
Invalid sharing parameter value.
Possible causes
The value of the sharing parameter uniformDataType is not supported.
The format of the content parameter is invalid.
Solution
Change the value of uniformDataType based on the required value range.
Ensure that the format of the content parameter is correct.
1003500012 Number of Live View Subscriptions Exceeds the Upper Limit
Message
The number of subscription times exceeds the upper limit of 2000.
Description
The number of live view subscriptions exceeds the upper limit.
Possible causes
A maximum of 2000 subscriptions are allowed for each app on the device.
Solution
Adjust the number of subscriptions.
1003500013 Invalid Live View Subscription Scenario

Description
The live view subscription scenario is invalid.
Possible causes
The value of event is incorrect.
Solution
Check whether the value of the input parameter event in SubscribeLiveViewParam is SUBSCRIBE_TIMER.

Time exceeds valid period.
Description
The period between the current time and live view alert time is too long.
Possible causes
The period between the current time and the time specified by alertTime exceeds 90 days.
Solution
Check the alertTime parameter in SubscribeLiveViewParam.

Description
Live view subscription failed.
Possible causes
An internal error occurred on the Push cloud.
Solution
Try again or submit a ticket online.

The frequency of live view subscription requests exceeds the upper limit.
Possible causes
A subscription request is initiated within 200 ms of the previous one.
Solution
Adjust the subscription frequency.
