Ad Account Management

This tool enables you to view or modify the contact information of your Petal Ads account. Your modification will be reviewed once they are submitted, and the related information will be updated following approval.

You can view and download signed agreements by performing the following steps: Sign in to Petal Ads with your Petal Ads account or as the team account holder of Petal Ads if you are a team member, and go to Tools > Account assistance > Ad account management. In the Agreement signing records area on the Basic info tab page, click Download in the Operation column of an agreement. A dialog box is displayed, which provides you with the agreement decompression password. Save the password and click Download in the dialog box. You can then use this password to decompress the downloaded package.
