Content that promotes profit-making opportunities must detail the related products or business models, but should not publicize business models offering quick compensation for little investment, including multilevel marketing opportunities.

Penny auctions, bidding fee auctions, or other similar business models.

Political propaganda

> Political content that violates local laws and regulations.

> Content that misleads users: exaggerated effects or incorrect guidance. The products can be promoted only for the intended purposes described in the labels, instructions, and technical materials.

> Content related to special equipment: medical equipment reimbursed by the national health system; medical equipment intended for healthcare professionals only.

> Content related to special products: HIV testing products, birth control devices, etc.

Over-the-counter drugs (manufacturers)

> Exaggerated effects: guarantees effects, claims that over-the-counter drugs do not have side effects, are completely safe, or can improve happiness.

> Misleading content: encourages drug overdose or abuse, and misleads patients to take drugs rather than going to the hospital.

> Content that does not comply with all applicable local laws, mandatory or established industry standards, guidelines, licenses, and approvals, or standards for targeting users with specific age and in countries/regions based on applicable local laws.

> Content that misleads users: implies that dieters can eat at will but still lose weight.

> False content or content that misleads users: guarantees effects and claims that there are no side effects (publicity about the effects of products must be based on scientific tests).

Content that highlights the performance of motor vehicles that exceeds the speed limit.

Real estate

In some countries/regions, approval from the government and related institutions is required.

> Content with the following aspects:

Expenses (such as the annual interest rate, handling fee, and interest rate on the landing page) and real addresses of the entities that issue products must be clearly and fully disclosed for promoting credit cards or financial services recognized by official institutions.

> Content promoting credit cards, loans, or insurance services must target only adults.

> Content promoting credit cards, loans, or insurance services must not directly require users to enter their personal financial information, including credit card information. Content shall not promote misleading or deceptive student loan mergers, exemptions, or restructuring services.

> Content must comply with the laws and regulations of countries or regions where ads are delivered. For example, specific disclosure information should be added to content according to local laws and regulations.

> Content must disclose as much information as possible, including the repayment period, maximum annual interest rate, and fee examples in representative loans.

Service subscription

Leave the check box unselected on the landing page so that users must select it by themselves to confirm they accept the terms and conditions. Do not leave the check box selected by default.

Add a link to your privacy policy on the landing page.

Clarify the price of the service being promoted, including details of all recurring expenses. The price must be displayed on the landing page even if it is mentioned in terms and conditions.

Clearly state subscription terms and conditions on the landing page. Display a summary of the terms and conditions on the sign-in page, provided that the version clearly describes the service to be subscribed to (including how to cancel the service).

If the content or service in an ad requires a subscription to be purchased, ensure that the ad is delivered to adults only.

Ensure that the ad text clearly specifies the subscription terms and conditions, for example, by notifying users that a "subscription is required".

Ensure that the ad text accurately describes products or services and fully describes business models, without concealing the details of invisible preferences.

Ensure that an ad providing a free trial clearly states all the conditions for participating in the trial. If a one-off charge is needed following the free trial, the landing page must clearly display the charge time and amount.

Copyrights

Content that uses copyright-protected content without authorization. If you have obtained legal authorization to use copyright-protected content, apply for certification to advertise before delivering the ad.
