Notice - HUAWEI Developer

Dear developer,

Thank you for your long-standing cooperation and support for HUAWEI Developer. This year's Christmas (December 24, 2018 – December 25, 2018) and New Year's (December 30, 2018 – January 1, 2019) holidays are fast approaching, and we at HUAWEI Developer wish you a wonderful holiday season. The holiday schedule for HUAWEI Developer services is as detailed below. Please understand if schedule adjustments bring your business any inconveniences. 

I. Identity Verification and Merchant Verification Review 

1. During the Christmas period, developer account identity verification and merchant verification review services will be temporarily paused. Review services will be made available again starting December 27, 2018. 

2. During the New Year's period, developer account identity verification and merchant verification review services will be temporarily paused. Review services will be made available again starting January 2, 2019. 

II. Customer Support 

1. During the Christmas period, tickets submitted to the Customer Support System will be processed as normal. 

2. During the New Year's period, the Customer Support system will be temporarily closed. Tickets you submit will be dealt with starting January 2, 2019. 

III. App Release and Removal 

    App release and removal will be unaffected over the Christmas and New Year's periods. 

IV. Theme Release and Removal 

    Theme release and removal will be unaffected over the Christmas and New Year's periods. 

V. Paid Promotion 

1. Promotion: The paid promotion platform will be in operation as normal over the New Year's period. To ensure your app promotion, please top up your promotion services account ahead of time (it is recommended that you top up your account with sufficient funds to last to January 4, 2019). 

2. Top-up: Please make sure you top up your account for the New Year's period before December 27, 2018 (UTC+8). Top-up submissions completed before this date will be approved by December 29, 2018, while submissions received after this date will be approved starting January 2, 2019. (Notice: Transfers your company makes to HUAWEI take 1 to 2 working days to arrive in HUAWEI's account.) 

3. Paid promotion review: For the New Year's period, please submit paid promotion applications for review by December 27, 2018 (UTC+8). Applications submitted by this date will be reviewed by December 29, 2018, while applications received after this date will begin their review process on January 2, 2019. 

VI. Joint Operation 

    Over both the Christmas and New Year's periods, AppGallery's joint operation will be continue operating as normal. Application submissions and  processing will also be generally unaffected.
