Christmas Day (December 25, 2019) and New Year's Day (January 1, 2020) are approaching and HUAWEI Developer would like to send you best wishes for the holidays. The holiday schedule for HUAWEI Developer services is as detailed below. We thank you for your patience and understanding for the inconvenience caused by the schedule to you or your business in any way.
1. Identity verification review
Enterprise or individual developers can submit identity verification requests, which will be reviewed within two workdays.
2. Customer service
Customer service is available for answering your questions about business cooperation, consultation, service faults, and other queries on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
3. Review of app releases/removals/version updates in AppGallery (including games), themes, paid promotions, and joint operations are not affected.
