Announcement About Changes to HUAWEI Developers Services During the 2020 Dragon Boat Festival
Dear developers,
Thank you for your continued participation and support for HUAWEI Developers. The 2020 Dragon Boat Festival (June 25 – June 27) is approaching and we at HUAWEI Developers would like to send you our warmest regards in advance. Due to the holiday, some HUAWEI Developers services will be affected as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
1. Reviews for Identity and Merchant Verification
Identity verification:
Individual developer: Feel free to submit your review applications.
Enterprise developers:
DUNS number: suspended during June 25- June 27. From June 28 onwards, the reviews will recommence and be conducted based on the submission order.
Business registry license: feel free to submit your review applications.
Merchant authentication: feel free to submit your review applications.
2. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)
Between June 25 and June 27, reviews for apps (including games) will not be affected.
3. Themes
Between June 25 and June 27, the release of UGC themes will be reviewed as normal, but the release of PGC themes will be suspended.
4. Paid Promotion
(1) Promotion:
The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal during the holiday. To ensure normal app promotion during the holiday when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance with sufficient funds to last until June 28 and set your daily budget to at least twice the normal value.
(2) Top-up:
You can top up your accounts online as normal during the holiday, and the funds will immediately arrive in your accounts. For offline top-ups, it may take one to two working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts. Therefore, you are advised to make a payment two working days in advance and then submit a top-up application to ensure normal service usage.
(3) Promotion review:
The promotion assessment and promotion asset review will not be affected between June 25 and June 27.
5. Joint Operations
The business connection, reconciliation and settlement, and refund services will not be affected between June 25 and June 27.
