The 2021 New Year holiday period (January 1 – January 3) is approaching and we at HUAWEI Developers would like to send you our warmest regards in advance. Due to the public holiday, some HUAWEI Developers services will be affected as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

1. Reviews for Identity and Merchant Verification
Between January 1 and January 3, reviews for identity and merchant verification will not be affected.
2. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)
Between January 1 and January 3, reviews for apps (including games) will not be affected.
Between January 1 and January 3, the release of UGC themes will be reviewed as normal, but the release of PGC themes will be suspended.
4. Paid Promotion
The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal between January 1 and January 3. To ensure normal app promotion during the New Year holiday period when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance with sufficient funds to last until January 6 and set your daily budget to at least twice the normal value.
You can top up your accounts online as normal during the holiday, and the funds will immediately arrive in your accounts. For offline top-ups, it may take 1 to 2 working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts. Offline top-up applications where the funds arrive before 18:00 on December 31 will be reviewed by December 31, and those applications where the funds arrive after 18:00 on December 31 will be reviewed on January 4, 2021 or later.
(3) Promotion review:
Between January 1 and January 3, promotion assessment reviews will not be affected, but promotion asset reviews will be suspended. If you wish to have your promotion assets reviewed by December 31, 2020, submit them before 18:00 on December 30, 2020.
5. Joint Operations
(1) Business connection:
Between January 1 and January 3, business connection services will be available as normal.
(2) Reconciliation and settlement:
Reconciliation and settlement services will be suspended between January 1 and January 3, and will resume on January 4.
Refunds will be suspended between January 1 and January 3, and will resume on January 4.
