Notice - HUAWEI Developer

Dear developers,

We would like to inform you that we are updating certain service agreements on the HUAWEI Developers website (https://developer.huawei.com/consumer/en/, hereinafter the "Website"). One or more of such agreements apply to one or more products and services (collectively, "Huawei Services") that you are using. The reasons for the updates are to reflect some changes to the relevant Huawei Services and to make improvements to the way the terms of the agreements are explained, so that we can better help you understand and use such Huawei Services.

The following agreements are to be updated (if you have not signed any of the following agreements, the agreements and the updates to them will not apply to you):

1. HUAWEI Developer Service Agreement

2. Statement About HUAWEI Developers and Privacy

3. HUAWEI AppGallery Connect Service Agreement

4. Agreement on Use of Huawei APIs

5. AppGallery Connect Data Processing Addendum

You may click the above links to read the updated version of each agreement in full or click HERE to view summaries of the key changes thereof. Said updated agreements shall come into effect on June 28, 2021. You may go to the Website and enter Console board to read such updated agreements, and click the "I Agree" buttons therein to accept them on or after June 28, 2021. Alternatively, your continued use of relevant Huawei Services after June 28, 2021 shall be deemed as your acceptance of said updated agreements.

We sincerely hope that you enjoy using Huawei Services and that you want to Keep using them. However, if you do not agree to such agreement updates, you can stop using the relevant Huawei Services before the corresponding updates take effect.
