The Chinese New Year period (January 31-February 6) is fast approaching and we at HUAWEI Developers would like to send you our warmest regards. Some updates will be rolled out during this holiday which may affect some HUAWEI Developers services, as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

1. Review for Identity Verification
Between January 31 and February 6, reviews for identity verification will not be affected.
2. Review for Merchant Verification
Between January 31 and February 6, reviews for merchant verification will not be affected.
3. Customer Service
Between January 31 and February 6, customer service will not be affected.
4. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)
Between January 31 and February 6, reviews for apps (including games) will not be affected.
5. Themes
Between January 31 and February 6, reviews for theme release and designer registration & identity certification will not be affected.
6. Paid Promotion
(1) Promotion
The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal between January 31 and February 6. To ensure normal app promotion during the holiday when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance and set your daily budget to at least twice the normal value.
(2) Top-up
Between January 31 and February 6, offline top-up applications with funds that arrive before 18:00 on January 30 will be reviewed as normal, and applications with funds that arrive after 18:00 on January 30 will be reviewed from February 7. (For offline top-ups, it may take 1 to 2 working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts.)
(3) Promotion Review
Between January 31 and February 6, promotion assessment reviews will not be affected, but promotion asset reviews will be suspended. If you wish to have your promotion assets delivered between January 31 and February 6, submit them before 18:00 on January 29 for processing, and it will be completed on January 30.
7. Joint Operations
(1) Business Connection
Business connection services will be available as normal between January 31 and February 6.
(2) Reconciliation and Settlement
Reconciliation and settlement services will be suspended between January 31 and February 6.
(3) Refund
Refunds will be suspended between January 31 and February 6.
8. Gift Package Application
(1) App Gift Package
Between January 31 and February 6, applications for regional app gift packages will be processed according to the local working hours of the app gift package service.
(2) Game Gift Package
Changes to game gift packages, such as package information updates, and package release or removal, between January 31 and February 6 need to be submitted before January 26 for processing. The applications you submit on January 26 or later will be processed from February 7.
