Dear developer,

Thank you for your long-standing participation and support for HUAWEI Developers. The International Workers' Day period (April 30 - May 4) is fast approaching and we at HUAWEI Developers would like to send you our warmest regards. Some updates will be rolled out during this holiday which may affect some HUAWEI Developers services, as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Note: All time listed below are UTC+8.

1. Review for Identity Verification

Between April 30 and May 4, reviews for identity verification will not be affected.

2. Review for Merchant Verification

Between April 30 and May 4, reviews for merchant verification will not be affected.

3. Customer Service

Between April 30 and May 4, customer service will not be affected.

4. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)

Between April 30 and May 4, reviews for apps (including games) will not be affected.

5. Themes

Between April 30 and May 4, reviews for theme release and designer identity verification will be suspended.

6. Paid Promotion

(1) Promotion

The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal between April 30 and May 4. To ensure normal app promotion during the holiday when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance and set your daily budget to at least twice the normal value.

(2) Top-up

Between April 30 and May 4, offline top-up applications with funds that arrive before 18:00 on April 29 will be reviewed as normal, and applications with funds that arrive after 18:00 on April 29 will be reviewed from May 5. (For offline top-ups, it may take 1 to 2 working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts.)

(3) Promotion Review

Between April 30 and May 4, promotion assessment reviews will not be affected, but promotion asset reviews will be suspended. If you wish to have your promotion assets delivered between April 30 and May 4, submit them before 18:00 on April 28 for processing, and it will be completed before 18:00 on April 29.

7. HUAWEI Ads

(1) Brand Promotion

For brand promotion between April 30 and May 4, submit ad creatives before 18:00 on April 28 for review.

(2) Performance Promotion

Ad review: Between April 30 and May 4, ads will be reviewed from 10:00 to 20:00 every day.

Registration review: The registration applications submitted on April 29 and later will be processed from May 5.

8. Joint Operations

(1) Business Connection

Business connection services will be available as normal between April 30 and May 4.

(2) Reconciliation and Settlement

Reconciliation and settlement services will be suspended between April 30 and May 4.

(3) Refund

Refunds will be suspended between April 30 and May 4.
