Changes to HUAWEI Developers Services During China's National Day 2022 Holiday Period

Dear developer,

Thank you for your long-standing participation and support for HUAWEI Developers. China's National Day holiday period (October 1 - October 7) is fast approaching and we at HUAWEI Developers would like to send you our warmest regards. Some updates will be rolled out during this holiday which may affect some HUAWEI Developers services, as outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Note: All time listed below are UTC +8.

1. Review for Identity Verification

Between October 1 and October 7, reviews for identity verification will not be affected.

2. Review for Merchant Verification

Between October 1 and October 7, reviews for merchant verification will be suspended.

3. Customer Service

Between October 1 and October 7, customer service will not be affected.

4. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)

Between October 1 and October 7, reviews for apps (including games) will not be affected.

5. Themes

Between October 1 and October 7, reviews for theme release and designer identity verification will be suspended.

6.  HUAWEI Ads

(1) Brand Promotion

Between October 1 and October 7, reviews for advertisers outside the Chinese mainland will not be affected.

(2)Performance Promotion

Ad review: Between October 1 and October 7, creative reviews for advertisers outside the Chinese mainland will not be affected.

Registration review: Between October 1 and October 7, account registration reviews for advertisers outside the Chinese mainland will not be affected.

For advertisers from the Chinese mainland, however, account registration applications submitted after 18:00 on September 30 will be processed from October 8.

7. Paid Promotion

(1) Promotion

The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as normal between October 1 and October 7. To ensure normal app promotion during the holiday when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance and set your daily budget to at least twice the normal value.

(2) Top-up

Offline top-up applications with funds that arrive before 18:00 on September 30 will be reviewed as normal, but applications with funds that arrive after 18:00 on September 30 will be reviewed from October 8. (For offline top-ups, it may take 1 to 2 working days for the funds to arrive in your accounts.)

(3) Promotion Review

Between October 1 and October 7, promotion assessment reviews will not be affected, but promotion asset reviews will be suspended. If you wish to deliver your promotion assets between October 1 and October 7, submit them before 18:00 on September 29 for processing. Processing will be completed by September 30.

8. Joint Operations

(1) Business Connection

Business connection services will be available as normal between October 1 and October 7.

(2) Reconciliation and Settlement

Reconciliation and settlement services will be suspended between October 1 and October 7.

(3) Refund

Refunds will be suspended between October 1 and October 7.
