HUAWEI Developers Service Updates During the Chinese National Day Holiday in 2024

Dear developer,

 

Thank you for your long-standing support for HUAWEI Developers. The Chinese National Day holiday (October 1 to October 7, 2024 in the Chinese mainland) is quickly approaching and we at HUAWEI Developers would like to send you our warmest regards. During this holiday, we will roll out some updates that may affect some HUAWEI Developers services, which are outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Note: All times listed below are in UTC+8.

 

1. Review for Identity Verification

From October 1 to October 7, reviews for identity verification will be carried out as usual.

 

2. Review for Merchant Verification

From October 1 to October 7, reviews for merchant verification will be carried out as usual.

 

3. Customer Service

From October 1 to October 7, customer service will be carried out as usual.

 

4. Reviews for Release, Removal, and Updates of Apps (Including Games)

From October 1 to October 7, reviews for apps (including games) will be carried out as usual.

 

5. Petal Ads

(1) Brand material pre-review

If material pre-review is required for brand promotion from October 1 to October 7, submit the materials for pre-review before September 26.

(2) Ad review

From October 1 to October 7, ads will be reviewed from 09:00 to 18:00 every day.

(3) Registration review

From October 1 to October 7, registration reviews will be suspended. The reviews will be resumed on October 8.

 

6. Paid Promotion

(1) Promotion

The paid promotion platform will continue to operate as usual from October 1 to October 7. To ensure normal app promotion during the holiday when user traffic is high, you are advised to top up your promotion service accounts in advance and set your daily budget to at least twice the usual value.

(2) Top-up

From October 1 to October 7, you can top up your account offline as usual. Offline top-up applications with funds that arrive at or before 18:00 September 30 will be reviewed as usual, but those that arrive after will be reviewed from October 8. (For offline top-ups, it may take 1 to 2 working days for the funds to reach your accounts.)

(3) Promotion review

From October 1 to October 7, promotion assessment reviews can be submitted as usual, but the review time may be 1 or 2 working days longer.

From October 1 to October 7, promotion asset reviews will be suspended. If you wish to have your promotion assets delivered during the holiday, submit them before 18:00 on September 30 for processing, to ensure they will be ready by September 30.

 

7. Joint Operations

(1) Business connection

From October 1 to October 7, business connection will be carried out as usual.

(2) Reconciliation and settlement

From October 1 to October 7, reconciliation and settlement will be suspended.

(3) Refund

From October 1 to October 7, refunds will be suspended.
