[Q1]What should I do if a 6003 error occurs when I try to connect to HMS Core？
The 6003 error occurs due to inconsistent fingerprint certificate configurations. Check the following items: 1. Check that the fingerprint has been configured, and the certificate for packing the signature on the local client is the same as the certificate for configuring the fingerprint on the server. 2. Check the fingerprint entries in the certificate. It is recommended that you use a single entry. 3. Run the local client. If the 6003 error persists, the debug certificate is running. Clear the cache of HMS Core (APK) and run the client again.
[Q2]What should I do if the 907135702 error code appears when I connect to HMS Core?
You need to configure the certificate fingerprint on HUAWEI Developer.
[Q3]What should I do if signature verification fails?
Check whether the signature to be verified contains the signType=RSA256. Do not include this field in the signature.
[Q4]Is the SHA-256 certificate mandatory for signature verification?
Yes. The SHA-256 fingerprint is required.
[Q5]The algorithm for the signature certificate of my app is SHA1withRSA. Can it be used?
No. Currently, the required algorithm is SHA-256.
[Q6]Must the HMS SDK be integrated into my app so that it can use Drive capabilities?
Yes.
[Q7]What storage space does Drive use? Is it the storage space of the user? How much storage space (GB) can it use?
Drive uses storage space purchased by the user. By default, each user has 5 GB free storage space and can purchase up to 2,048 GB storage space.
[Q8]Are Drive functions strongly dependent on HUAWEI ID? Must the users sign in with their HUAWEI IDs if they want to use the Drive functions?
Yes. Drive functions strongly depend on HUAWEI ID. To use Drive functions, users must sign in with their HUAWEI IDs.
[Q9]What types of files can be uploaded to Drive?
Drive does not limit the types of files to be uploaded.
[Q10]Are files stored in Drive encrypted?
Yes. Files are encrypted and then stored in Drive.
