HUAWEI IAP Personal Data Processing Information-In-App Purchases

In personal data processing of HUAWEI IAP, Huawei serves as the end user data processor, and the developer serves as the end user data controller. For appropriate and legal processing of personal data, the following are provided:

List of Personal Data Processed by Huawei

Personal Data	Processing Purpose	Retention Period
Purchase Token	Token of purchase data, which is unique and confidential. The app performs operations such as consumption and confirmation on the purchase based on the token.	1) HUAWEI IAP will immediately delete the data that can identify the end user when the end user successfully deletes his/her Huawei account. 2) The purchase data in HUAWEI IAP is stored for seven years (determined by applied local laws and regulations) at most, and automatically destroyed if the data expires.
Order Id	Unique order ID of purchase data, which is provided for the developer to complete payment collection in the payment service.
Pay Order Id	Unique order ID of a payment, which is used for the developer to manage payment of purchases.
Subscription Id	Unique ID of a subscription of the end user, which is used for the developer to manage subscription relationships.
Purchase information	Includes the product ID, name, price, currency, purchase status (not purchased, purchased, or refunded), and payment method. The purchase data is provided for the developer to complete payment collection in the payment service, deliver products, and check the bills from Huawei.
Subscription information	Records the user subscription status, content, validity period, and other data.	When the end user cancels the subscription, the data will be destroyed 30 days after the subscription expires.

Guidance for the Developer to Help the End User Control Personal Data

How to Clear the End User's Personal Data

HUAWEI IAP will immediately delete the data that can identify the end user when the end user successfully deletes his/her Huawei account.

HUAWEI IAP stores the purchase data of the latest seven years (determined by applied local laws and regulations) at most. Expired data will be automatically destroyed. If the developer needs to provide services for the end user who purchased products seven years ago, the developer must back up the purchase data on the server.

Obtaining End User Data

After integrating the HMS Core IAP SDK, the developer can obtain purchase data of the end user through the obtainOwnedPurchases and obtainOwnedPurchaseRecord APIs and provide the data to the end user.
