9. Intellectual Property Rights

Your app must only include content that you created or that you have a license to use, and must not include any content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights (such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights), or other legitimate rights and interests. You must ensure that:

9.1 Your app is authorized to use any patented or copyrighted content of others. Any unauthorized use is forbidden.

9.2 Your app is not a cracked version of another copyrighted app and does not localize patented or copyrighted content provided by another app without authorization.

9.3 Your app does not use the same or similar trademarks as any other apps in an inappropriate manner or without authorization. Otherwise, any trademark use may cause trademark infringement or unfair competition.

9.4 Your app does not use Huawei's business names, trademarks, and other logos without authorization and does not publicize its false or misleading relationship with Huawei, for example, implying that Huawei is a provider or partner, or indicating that Huawei recognizes or guarantees the quality or functions of the app in any way.

9.5 Your app does not mislead users into believing that the app and its content are provided by, or are somehow related to, a third party, in each of the selected languages, for example, by using the same or similar appearance, names, and topics as other apps in any language.

9.6 Your app does not sell or promote counterfeit products.

9.7 Your app and its content do not infringe upon others' legitimate rights and interests, such as the right to reputation and portrait rights, including indirect infringement by means of encouragement, help, or guidance.
