III. Non-compliant Use of Personal Information

• Please read this section carefully to avoid cases where your app and/or the SDKs integrated by your app use users' personal information for other purposes without notifying users and without users' prior consent, especially sending or sharing users' personal information to or with other apps or servers without users' prior consent.
• If users' personal information has to be provided to a third party, your app shall inform users of that third party's identity and contact information, the purpose and method of the personal information processing, and the types of personal information to be collected, and obtain users' prior consent.

3.1 Unclear or no explicit statement about personal information sharing

If your app shares users' personal information with a third party (including third-party SDKs), your app must notify users of the purpose, method, and scope of personal information processing, the identity of the third party with which the personal information is shared, the purpose of the sharing, and the types of personal information to be shared, and obtain users' prior consent (for example, informing users in the privacy policy of your app).

3.2 No consent to personal information sharing

Your app shall not send users' personal information to any third-party products or services without users' prior consent, such as third-party SDKs.
Without notifying users and obtaining users' consent, your app shall not provide users' personal information, such as the device identification information, product browsing records, search and use habits, and software installation lists, to third-party products or services after transferring such information to the app server.
