If your atomic service contains payment options including but not limited to in-service purchases or auto-renewable services, the payment information must be clear, evident, and not misleading. You should also provide thoughtful support to ensure a good user experience.
6.1 Purchases within your atomic service must be reasonably priced and free from overpricing or fraudulent pricing practices.
6.2 If your atomic service provides auto-renewable services, comply with relevant requirements, including but not limited to the following:
(1) Before users activate a paid service, comprehensive, truthful, and accurate service and pricing information must be prominently disclosed in a timely manner. The service can only be activated after obtaining explicit user consent. Additionally, a one-time activation option must be provided. The payment process must require users to confirm both the purchase and payment a second time. Default pre-selected options, deceptive inducements, and forced bundled activation are strictly prohibited.
(2) Throughout the service's validity period, the actual service received by the user must align with the explicitly stated content. If the service content changes, users must be notified in advance, and reasonable user concerns should be addressed through negotiation. Your atomic service must provide an auto-renewal management page, so that users can view information about their purchased auto-renewable services that are within the validity period.
(3) Provide reminders before service renewal. These reminders must be clearly perceivable by users and delivered at least five days prior to auto-renewal. The content should include the service associated with the deduction, the renewal amount, the renewal date, and the extended service duration.
(4) Your atomic service must offer users a separate and straightforward cancellation method. The cancellation process should be simple and convenient, without unreasonable conditions. Users must be able to request cancellation anytime before the new service cycle begins. If an account to be deleted contains auto-renewable services, the user must be clearly informed and guided through the cancellation process.
6.3 If your atomic service provides in-service payment options, it must clearly specify the terms and pricing, providing accurate, reasonable, and complete payment information. Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information is prohibited. The following must be complied with, including but not limited to:
(1) For membership services within your atomic service, the atomic service must clearly indicate the features, benefits, and fees. No restrictive conditions should be added during the provision of products or services without explicit notification, nor should they be used as a reason to terminate users' normal access to the product features and services or degrade the service experience.
(2) For payment-based random item draws within your atomic service (for example, in-game item draws and mystery boxes), the draw rules and probabilities for each item type must be clearly indicated in a noticeable area (for example, the payment page) before a payment can be made.
(3) The payment pop-up in your atomic service must include a clear, prominent, and functional close button that allows one-tap exit. Deceptive buttons, missing or unclear close options, and delayed appearance of the close or skip button are strictly prohibited.
