Check whether the CA root certificate file hianalyticscas.bks exists in the assets directory of the SDK package.

NE-002

Failed to verify the certificate.

• Check the system time settings of your phone. If the certificate is within the validity period, but the configured system time is later than the certificate expiration time and the current time, change the system time to the current time.
• Switch to another Wi-Fi hotspot or use a mobile data network such as 4G or 5G to report data again.

NE-003

No network permission.

Ensure that you have the network permission.

NE-004

I/O exception.

Check the network connection and try again.

NE-005

Connection error.

Check the network connection and try again.

NE-006

Incorrect URL.

Check whether the value of collector_url in the agconnect-services.json configuration file has been changed. If so, download the agconnect-services.json configuration file again and do not change the value of collector_url.

PE-001

Empty parameter.

Check the logs and ensure that the input parameters are not empty.

PE-002

The length of the parameter value has exceeded the upper limit (256 characters).

Ensure that the value of the input parameter does not exceed 256 characters.

PE-003

Mandatory parameters are missing.

Verify that all mandatory parameters are passed.

PE-004

Reserved parameters are used.

Check whether any input parameters are key parameters reserved in the system (such as the event ID and attribute ID in automatic collection).

PE-005

Too many event parameters.

Check whether the number of parameters passed to a Bundle exceeds the upper limit. A maximum of 2048 key-value pairs and a maximum of 25 pairs of user attributes are supported.

PE-006

Incorrect format of parameter names.

Ensure that parameters such as the event ID and Bundle key meet the verification rules.

PE-007

The total parameter size exceeds the upper limit.

Delete unnecessary parameters.

IE-001

The SDK is not initialized in the main thread.

Initialize the SDK in the main thread.

IE-002

Your app is not released on HUAWEI AppGallery.

Release the app on HUAWEI AppGallery.

IE-003

The Analytics SDK is not initialized.

Check whether IE-004 or IE-005 is reported. If so, take the corresponding measure.

IE-004

The HMS Core SDK is not integrated.

Ensure that the agconnect-core SDK exists under External Libraries of the project.

IE-005

Incorrect HMS Core SDK.

Ensure that the HMS OpenDevice SDK and HMS Base SDK exist under External Libraries of the project and their versions match the Analytics SDK version.

IE-006

The collection function is disabled.

Enable the collection function (specified by setAnalyticsEnabled).

SE-001

Failed to initialize the instance.

SDK initialization failed. Check whether SE-002 or SE-003 is reported. If so, take the corresponding measure.

SE-002

Failed to obtain the AAID.

Ensure that the HMS OpenDevice SDK and HMS Base SDK exist under External Libraries of the project and their versions match the Analytics SDK version.

SE-003

Failed to obtain a token from AppGallery Connect.

Ensure that the agconnect-core SDK exists under External Libraries of the project.
