Symptom
The following error message is displayed at has.login runtime:
errMsg: login error, message: Failed to check the fingerprint of the app bundle.Fingerprint verification error.
errCode: 11000101
Possible Causes
- Automatic signing is not supported by HUAWEI ID login authentication.
- client_id is not configured or incorrectly configured.
- The certificate fingerprint of the application is not configured or incorrectly configured.
- The signature of the debug version of the installation package is different from that of the release version.
Solution
- Use manual signing.
- Ensure that the client_id field in the module.json5 file of the entry module is correctly set by referring to Configuring the Client ID.
- Ensure that the certificate fingerprint configured for the application in AppGallery Connect is correct by referring to Adding a Public Key Fingerprint.
- Update the version code in the app.json5 file to invalidate the local cache and try again.
