Symptom
On Windows 10 and Windows 11, after the character encoding is modified, DevEco Studio installed in a directory that contains Chinese characters cannot be opened, and the error "Error launching..." is displayed.
Solution
Reinstall DevEco Studio in a directory that contains only English characters.
