The number of calls exceeds the parallel threshold.
Symptom
The number of concurrent API calls exceeds the upper limit.
Possible causes

Your app or other apps concurrently call the API, resulting in that the number of API calls exceeds the upper limit.

A maximum of five concurrent calls are supported on each device.
Solution
Retry after a while, for example, 1 second.
1010800006 API Call Frequency Exceeds Upper limit
Message
The invoking frequency exceeds the threshold.
Symptom
The number of times that the API is called within the specified time exceeds the upper limit.
Possible causes
The app calls this API too many times.
Solution
Adjust your API call frequency based on the frequency limit. Call the API again in the next statistical period.
1010800007 Operation Timeout
Message
Operation timeout.
Symptom
The API execution timed out.
Possible causes
The system is heavily loaded.
Solution
Send the request again.
1010800009 Failed to Import Risk Factor Data
Message
Failed to import risk factor data.
Symptom
Failed to import risk factor data.
Possible causes
The imported factor is not configured, the type of the imported factor data does not match the configured data type, or the imported factor data cache is duplicate.
Solution
Ensure that the factor data value is incorrect based on the factor configuration or change the nonce value, and try again.
