An atomic service can be treated as a specific type of application. It does not have an icon and can be started without installation.
Applications and atomic services cannot share bundle names or entry modules. They must be packed separately.
Both applications and atomic services can have their own service widgets.
Service widgets of atomic services are displayed as home screen widgets. You can touch and hold any widget on the home screen, such as Gallery and Notepad, choose Service widgets from the displayed menu to access the widget center screen, and find the desired widget and add it to the home screen.
