Possible Causes
NearLink is not turned on.
Solution
On the settings screen of the device, go to Settings > More connectivity options > NearLink (or Settings > NearLink & Bluetooth > NearLink for different products or system versions) to turn on NearLink, and try again. Alternatively, submit a ticket online.

The UUID is already registered.
Error Description
A port channel corresponding to the UUID has been registered.
Possible Causes
The API for registering a port channel is repeatedly called with the same UUID passed.
Solution
Call the dataTransfer.destroyPort API to destroy the port channel corresponding to the UUID, or submit a ticket online.

The number of ports exceeds the upper limit.
Error Description
The number of registered ports exceeds the upper limit.
Possible Causes
The number of allocated data transfer service channels reaches the upper limit.
Solution
Call the dataTransfer.destroyPort API to destroy other registered port channels, or submit a ticket online.

The UUID is not registered.
Error Description
The port corresponding to the UUID is not registered.
Possible Causes
An attempt is made to destroy an unregistered port.
Solution
Ensure that the port to be destroyed has been registered, or submit a ticket online.

Possible Causes
Data processing congestion occurs at the protocol layer or within the chip architecture.
Solution
Control data write traffic, or submit a ticket online.

Cooperative device set management is not supported.
Possible Causes
The device does not support cooperative device set management.
Solution
To use the cooperative device set function, use a device that supports NearLink cooperative device set management, such as some phones and tablets that support NearLink audio. Alternatively, submit a ticket online.

Error Description
An internal processing error occurs in the system.
Possible Causes
An unknown error occurred.
startPairing is called to initiate pairing when the device has been paired.
Solution
Try again or submit a ticket online.
