Solution
Restart the device and try again.
Upgrade the system or Smart Diagnosis and try again.

Description
Network error.
Possible causes
The network is not connected, or a network error occurs.
Solution
Ensure that the device is properly connected to the Internet. You can switch to another network and try again.
